Spring & Summer 2025 Facilities Update

There’s a lot happening around Washington Public Schools, and we’re excited to share the latest updates with you:
- Football Stadium Lighting Upgrade
- The final project from our 2021 bond will be completed this summer—brand new stadium lighting, ready to shine for the 2025 football season.
- Football Field Turfing
- Thanks to the generous support of the Beller Foundation, our football field will be turfed to improve safety and performance.
- Campus Improvements This Summer
- Water line upgrades
- New sidewalks
- HVAC improvements
- Other facility maintenance and enhancements
- Future Growth Planning
Tree removal east of the indoor facility is making way for:
- Additional campus access
- Expanded parking
- Long-term plans for new athletic and academic facilities
Looking Ahead
Our School Board is exploring the idea of a new bond issue next school year to remodel/update student spaces, equipment, and facility needs. More information will be shared this summer.
