• Enrollment is completed online through Sylogist/Wengage.
• You will need a Sylogist/Wengage account to begin the enrollment process.
• Please email our enrollment team at: 📧rrcox@wps-isd.com
  • Include your name, your student’s name, and your current address within the district.
  • You will receive login credentials and instructions to access the system. (Please allow 48 hours to receive your credentials)
• The enrollment process takes about 30 minutes per student and must be completed in full.
• Once enrollment has been submitted, the enrollment team will process it and send you a confirmation email once approved.

🏡 Proof of Residency — TWO Documents Required

Choose ONE current utility bill (dated within the last 30 days):

• Gas bill
• Water bill
• Electric bill

Upload the top portion showing the customer’s name and service address. No cut-off notices accepted.

AND choose ONE of the following housing documents:

• Builder contract (must show closing date within 90 days)
• Mortgage statement
• Lease/rental agreement (must include first page with name, address, lease terms, and signature page signed by both parent/guardian and landlord)

⚠️ Failure to upload one of the required documents will result in your application being denied and could delay your student’s start of school.

Please be prepared to upload the following:

• 📄 Student’s Birth Certificate
• 💉 Immunization Record or a valid Exemption Form
• 🆔 Parent/Guardian Driver’s License or State-Issued ID

• All incoming 7th grade students must submit:
  • Proof of TDAP booster vaccination
  • OR
  • A valid exemption form

Enrollment will not be finalized without this documentation.
